Special Menu Requests
Please let us know about food allergies and dietary restrictions. For vegetarians, all of our menus are balanced among the food groups and offer non-meat choices. We also have a number of delicious dishes that can be added to your menu if many of your guests are vegetarian.
We are knowledgeable about international cuisines and will be happy to discuss the possibility of including special dishes that reflect your heritage.
Contracts, Deposits & Guarantees
A signed contract and a deposit of $300 will guarantee our services. Menu planning begins once a contract is signed and takes shape with sharing ideas and thoughts. As your plans begin to take shape, give us a “for planning only” number of guests, then keep us informed if the number changes significantly.
The final guest count is due one week before the reception. Be sure to include the wedding party!
An additional deposit of approximately 50% is due two weeks out, and the balance is due at the end of the reception. We do not accept credit cards, but personal checks are fine.
