NEW-We’re developing a hors d’oeuvres menu for pickup or delivery. We will have this out this week. Perfect for small gatherings.
We will be offering two soups for pickup by the quart for $10.00/qt. plus tax. We will also be offering two family meals each week. These will feed 4 for $45.00 plus 12% tax. They will come with a house salad for 4 and chef’s choice for dessert for 4.
This week they are Chicken Pot Pie or BBQ Baby Back Ribs with potato salad and corn on the cob.
The menu for the week June 8th:
Starter (choice of): – Clam Chowder (clear broth) or Chilled Gazpacho or -House Salad, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red grapes, radish, white balsamic vinaigrette
Entrees (choice of):
Shrimp Stir Fry: jumbo shrimp, ginger, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, young corn, carrots, brown rice, grilled vegetables or
-Sautéed Pork Tenderloin Medallions: pork tenderloin, natural sauce, brown rice, grilled vegetables or –
Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon: mango chutney, sautéed vegetables, roasted potatoes or –
Coriander Marinated Beef Tenderloin Tips: beef tenderloin tips, roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables
