Chef Steve Munday graduated first in his class with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. Over the past 35 years of professional experience, he has built a reputation for his dedicated hard work and attention to detail. His company strives to see that every wedding is wonderful by listening to his client’s desires and implementing the developed plan by always providing great food in generous quantities. All of our dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients by a staff of professional chefs in our professional kitchen at 1300 Garrison Drive. We are dedicated to using the best ingredients available, and we like to source from regional farmers and artisans. We work with local farms to provide you with the freshest, seasonal produce. We have cultivated strong, longstanding relationships with our purveyors who we trust to provide us with the finest, premium ingredients.
Chef Steve is on-site at the reception to supervise his staff and make sure the service of food runs smoothly. And we’re proud to say we’ve never run out!
A Beautiful Table
We continually add to our collection of classic silver and crystal, interesting copper and brass, as well as hand painted china, stone, baskets and wood. We can capture your vision, whether it’s formal and elegant or casual and fun.
We assign one of our experienced service supervisors to oversee the flow of the reception from setup to cleanup. She is your wedding-day liaison with the florist, cake baker, musicians, photographer, and other wedding professionals who are present to make the day special. The service supervisor is the coordinator who makes sure that all the ceremonial events planned for your reception occur on schedule. She is there, so you can relax!
If your reception site does not provide tables, linens and chairs for guest seating, or other items such as tents, lighting, staging, etc., we will be happy to coordinate delivery and setup through a rental company, at no additional charge.
