Our sample menus are priced for receptions of about 100 guests. The price includes generous quantities of each menu item plus all of the essentials for presentation. Our minimum fee to cater a wedding reception is $2,600.00. There is an additional charge for buffet tables and linens, plates, forks and napkins. We provide chafing dishes, platters and other service wares as appropriate. For your wedding cake, we can provide a table, linens, plates and forks.
Additional costs are service charges and sales taxes. Because so many factors can affect the amount of waitstaff needed for efficient and gracious service, we work out a specific service plan for each reception based on the site, menu, length of reception, and number of guests. In general, services add from 18% to 25% to the per person cost, with 20% being about average. State and local sales taxes add 10% to the per person price.
We can create a beverage or bar plan tailored exactly to your reception. Many options are available at per-person rates. Choose from full open bar with house or call brands, special drinks and punches, beer, wine and soda bar, or service only if you plan to purchase your own alcohol. These costs run from $5.25 to $16.75 per person and include all glassware, mixers, garnishes and ice.
