I have worked with Creative Cuisines and Chef Steve Munday for over
20 years hosting dinners and special events in our home – everything from formal dinner parties for 10 to a casual WM college reunion party
for 350 and everything in between. I love his varied and innovative menu. Vegetarian? No problem. Gluten-free options? No problem. He and his staff are wonderful – always professional and courteous. He’s a pleasure to work with on menus and budgets. I just held a post-wedding bridal brunch for 60+ people and set the details a month ahead – then knew I didn’t need to follow-up because I trusted Steve and his staff to show up and do what they do best. There are other very good catering companies in Williamsburg and I’ve had at the pleasure of working them as well, but Creative Cuisines is always my first call when I’m thinking of hosting and know I can’t (or shouldn’t!) do everything myself.
